针灸耳压治疗肥胖症215例临床观察

Clinical observation on 215 cases of obesity treated with acupuncture and Auricular point sticking

目的:观察针灸耳压治疗肥胖的疗效。方法:将307位肥胖患者随机分为治疗组215例和对照组92例。治疗组采用针灸耳压疗法,对照组为服用中药。两组治疗前后采用BMI及腰围评定,双比较疗效。结果:治疗组的疗效与对照组的疗效有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:本法治疗肥胖症有明显的即时效应和较满意的远期效果。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture and auricular point sticking on obesity.Methods:307 cases of obesity were randomly divided in to treatment group (215 cases) and acontrol group (92 cases),treated respectively by acupuncture and auricaular point sticking or taking Chinese traditional medicine.After treatment,their therapeutic effects were compared by assessment of BMI and waistline.Results:The therapeutic effects in the patients of two groups had significantly changes ( P <0.01).Conclusion:This therapy has an obvious transient effect and a more stable long-term therapeutic effect on obesity.
