透明质酸酶及其在恶性肿瘤的转移与浸润中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 透明质酸酶(Hyaluronidase,Hyase)是一种β-1-4内切葡糖胺酸酶,降解透明质酸(Hyaluronan,HA)及其它糖胺聚糖.多年来,由于缺乏简便而敏感的测定方法,Hyase的研究未得到足够的重视,最近随着研究水平的提高,发现Hyase与恶性肿瘤的浸润与转移具有密切关系.本文就Hyase的生化特性及其在恶性肿瘤中的作用作一综述.
