摘要
目的:探讨血清肌钙蛋白T(c Tn T)与慢性心力衰竭程度及其预后的关系。方法:测定10 0例慢性心力衰竭患者治疗前及出院前c Tn T水平,根据c Tn T结果,将患者分为c Tn T组和阴性组,比较两组患者心力衰竭严重程度及其心脏事件发生率。结果:c Tn T阳性者,心衰程度较重,随访期间心脏事件发生率为6 8.8%。结论:血清c Tn T可作为一种判断心力衰竭患者病情严重程度及预后的指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationships between the degree and prognosis of chronic heart failure and serum cardiac troponin T levels.Method:The serum levels of cTnT in 100 patients with chronic heart failure were measured before medical treatment and on discharge.According to the value of serum cTnT, patients were divided into positive cTnT group and negative cTnT group.The severe degree and cardiac event rate were compared between the two groups.Results:In the positive group,the degree of heart failure was more severe and the cardiac event rate was 68.8% during follow-up.Conclusion:Serum cTnT could be used as index to judge the severity and prognosis of chronic heart failure.
