HBV血清标志物特殊模式的实验研究

Study on the Special Types of HBV Makers in Serum

目的:探讨乙型肝炎血清标志物(HBVM)特殊模式的类型及其特点。方法:应用EL ISA法对3318例乙型肝炎血清标本进行乙肝5项血清标志物检测,并对其中6 0例血清标本进行HBV- DNA(PCR法)检测。结果:从3318例乙型肝炎血清中共检出特殊模式15 8例,阳性率为4 .8%。特殊模式可分HBs Ag阳性和HBs Ag阴性两大类型,HBs Ag阳性类型98例,占HBVM特殊模式6 2 % ,共7个模式;HBs Ag阴性类型6 0例,占HBVM特殊模式38% ,共3个特殊模式。6 0例HBs Ag阴性特殊模式中,HBV- DNA均为阳性。结论:乙型肝炎血清标志物(HBVM)特殊模式可分HBs Ag阳性和HBs Ag阴性两大类型,共10个特殊模式。HBs Ag阳性的特殊模式主要表现为HBs Ag与HBs Ab同时阳性或HBe Ag与HBe Ab同时为阳性;HBs Ag阴性的特殊模式主要表现为HBs Ag阴性与HBe Ag阳性。了解HBVM特殊模式的类型及其特点对乙肝的诊断、治疗及流行病学调查,乙肝疫苗的研究及效果评价提供了一个新的研究思路。

Objective:To investigate the special types and characteristics of HBV makers in serum(HBVM).Methods:ELISA was used to assay the HBV markers in serum, and PCR was used to exam HBV-DNA.Results:There were 158 cases of special types among 3318 cases with HBV(4.8%).The special types included two groups of 98 cases HBsAg postive(62%) and 60 cases HBsAg negative(38%),10 types together.HBV-DNA were postive in 60 cases of HBsAg negative special types.Conclusion:The special types of HBVM included two groups of HBsAg postive and HBsAg negative,10 types in all.The special types of HBsAg postive displayed postive of HBsAg and HBsAb,or which displayed postive of HBeAg and HBeAb;The special types of HBsAg negative displayed HBsAg negative and HBeAg postive。Studying the characterics of special types was helpful to diagnose、treat and investigate in HBV.
