摘要
目的:考察传统提取工艺中总丹参酮的降解动力学。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,考察在常温贮放、浓缩(60℃)、常压干燥(80℃、100℃)和减压干燥(60℃、70℃)条件下总丹参酮的含量变化及降解率。结果:60℃浓缩和100℃干燥下总丹参酮降解迅速,其他干燥温度降解缓慢,常温贮放有一定降解。结论:醇提液不宜久贮,醇提液和水提液宜分开低温浓缩,浓缩液宜低温减压干燥。
Objective: To inspect the degradation dynamics of the total ketone of salviae miltiorrhizae in the traditional extraction technique; Method: Use an ultraviolet spectrophotometer to inspect the content change and degradation rate of the totai ketone of salviae miltiorrhizae stored in the normal atmospheric temperature, condensed (60 oC), dried in the normal atmospheric temperature ( 80 oC, 100 oC)and pressure-reduced and dried (60 oC, 70 oC ); Result: The total ketone of salviae miltiorrhizae condensed to 60 oC and dried to 100 oC was degraded quickly while the kenote dried under the other conditions was degraded slowly and the kenote stored in the normal atmospheric temperature has certain degradation. Conclusion: The extraction alcohol liquid of salviae miltiorrhizae is not suitable to store for a long time. The extraction alcohol liquid and the extraction water liquid are suitable to be condensed separately in the low temperature. The condensed liquid is suitable to be pressure-reduced and dried in the low temperature.
