数字参考服务中的角色新定位

数字参考服务(DRS)是当前网络环境下图书馆参考服务的主流发展方向。本文就DRS整个工作流程中的几个相互关联并起不同作用的角色,如用户、资深专家、服务管理与协调者、信息资源与技术等,展开讨论,给出了各角色的新定位,论证了各角色在DRS系统中的地位和作用,以及如何更好地发挥DRS的整体效应和质量。

Digital Reference Services(DRS)is the mainstream of the development of the reference services in the library under the network circumstance currently.This paper mainly discusses the several roles among the whole work flow of DRS which are correlative but operate differently,such as the patron,the answerer,the administrator and coordinator,and the information resource and technology,and educes new orientation of the roles.And it also talks over the roles status and action in DRS,and how to exert the holistic effect and quality better.
