本文对实施定标比超中应注意的问题以及正确的实施方法进行了探讨,强调了定标比超要以本企业的实际情况和本企业的发展战略为立足点,同时要将定标比超与本企业的文化背景相结合,并不断发展创新,以提高企业的竞争力,获取最佳绩效,使企业真正赶上并超过竞争对手。
The paper discusses about Benchmarking and its fundamental,ideas and methods, meanwhile,it focus that Benchmarking should be on the foundation of practical situation and developing strategy of the business and cooperate the Benchmarking with the culture background of Business,developing and innovating,in order to improve its competence and gain the best performance,promote the business to catch up with its rival and exceed it.
