摘要 胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白-6(IGFBP-6)在体内分布广泛,许多肿瘤细胞中都可检测到其表达。细胞学实验证明IGFBP-6可以抑制多种肿瘤细胞的生长,其转录受到某些肿瘤相关转录因子的调控,IGFBP-6还参与介导一些抗肿瘤药物作用的发挥。
