非病毒载体在肝癌基因治疗中的应用

摘要 增强载体的靶向性可以提高肿瘤基因治疗的效率,减少毒副作用。肝细胞表面含有半乳糖受体,能特异性与去唾液酸糖蛋白、半乳糖、乳糖等结合,因此这些糖类可作为肝细胞特异性识别分子携带外源治疗基因进入肝细胞。表皮细胞生长因子(EGF)、乙肝病毒表面抗原等也可起到类似作用。非病毒载体结合肝细胞特异性识别分子后,能够有效保护外源治疗基因进入靶细胞,添加的修饰成分进一步增强了转染效率。
