胃泌素及生长抑素与大肠癌死亡受体的关系
Relation between gastrin, somatostatin and death receptor of colorectal carcinoma
摘要
近年来,胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素与大肠癌发生、发展的研究已成为热点。其中胃泌索如何促进大肠癌的发生及发展,生长抑素如何抑制大肠癌的生长是重点研究方向,而死亡受体(DR)的信号途径是细胞凋亡的重要途径,现就胃泌素、生长抑素与大肠癌死亡受体之间的研究进展作一综述。
