Demonstration about Structural Optimization and Technical Upgrading of Thermal Power Generation Again

摘要 近几年来我国电力工业一直持续供需紧张,在这种形势下如何既能快速健康地开发火电建设,又可以保持不对环境造成危害,是电力规划设计部门首先应研究的课题。为此,应从4个方面着手:节约能源,提高发电效率;减少污染物排放,保护生态环境;节约淡水;研究实现循环经济方式。 In recent years the power supply and demand in China has been always under serious conditions. The electric power planning and design department should research how to both develop thermal power construction quickly and healthy and keep no harmful influence on environment in priority. For this purpose they should start from the following 4 aspects: saving energy resources to increase efficiency of power generation; reducing pollutant emission; saving fresh water and study on realization of cycle economy mode.
