研究了灰尘浓度实时在线检测的摩擦电测量方法,推导了灰尘颗粒与管壁磨擦产生的电流与灰尘含量、气体平均流速以及灰尘颗粒直径间的关系。设计了磨擦电法布袋除尘器检漏仪,实验室实验表明。

The rub - electricity method for on - line real - time measuring dust mass concentration of the gas - solid multiphase flow is described.The current is produced by the friction between the solid particle and pipe wall,and file relationship between this current and the solid mass concentration of the gas - solid multiphase flow,the average velocity of the gas flow as well as the solid particles size are investigated experimentally. The leakage instrument of cloth bag dust remover has been designed. The experiment analysis indicates that it can be used accurately to realize alarm about cloty - bag dilapidation.
