HPLC determination of geniposide in Xiao’erqingre tablets

目的建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿清热片中栀子苷含量的方法.方法以Nova-pak C18(150 mm×3.9 mm,4 μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长为238 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果栀子苷的线性范围为0.228 2～1.141 0 μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.06%,RSD为0.94%(n=5).结论本方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于该制剂质量控制.

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of geniposide in Xiao’erqingre tablets by HPLC. METHODS The column was a Nova-pak C_ 18(3.9 mm×150 mm,4 μm)with a mobile phase of methanol-H_2O(25∶75).The detective wavelength was 238 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1. RESULTS The linear range of geniposide was 0.228 2～1.141 0 μg(r=0.999 8). The average recovery of geniposide was 99.06% and RSD was 0.94%. CONCLUSIONS This method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for the quality control of the tablet.
