本文首先对我国中小企业竞争力缺失的现状进行了分析;接着阐述了战略联盟的相关理论;最后指出构建战略联盟,可全面提升中小企业的竞争力。

Firstly, this paper analyses the situation of Chinese middle-and-small-sized enterprises competence deficiency, then elaborates the relevant theory of strategic alliance, eventually the paper points out that establishing strategic alliance will be helpful to enhance the middle-and-small-sized enterprises competence comprehensively.
