摘要
岗位价值测算是企业薪酬体系改革的一项最重要的基础工作,这涉及到将定性的评价定量化,成为企业推进薪酬改革的难点。本文给出的一种层次分析法和模糊综合评价方法相结合的定量测算方法,很好地解决了这个问题。这个方法首先对影响岗位价值的因素进行排序,然后对每个岗位进行模糊综合评价。最后用一个例子说明了方法的可行性和有效性。
Post value evaluation is one of the most important fundamental task in setting up a salary system now.This work involves fuzzy evaluation for subjective index appraisal. And it becomes a difficult point for many enterprises in advancing their salary system reform. This paper proposes a quantitative method involving analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method , and the method dose well in solving this problem .This method arranges an integrated prior order of the factors influencing the post value at first, and then carries on a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to each post. At the end of this paper, an example is giving to illuminate the feasibility and validity of the method.
