摘要
面对市场的激烈竞争,汽车价格不断下调,汽车由价格的竞争逐步向物流供应链方面的竞争。我国汽车物流成本占汽车销售额比重还很大,在零部件配送领域,汽车物流可以说还难以“流动”。因此,在建立物流信息平台的基础上,有必要运用现代汽车物流整合行业供应链,或采用外包给第三方物流等形式。
Because of the severely-competitive market, the car price is lower. So the companies must learn about adapting their car marketing to supply chain management. While the car logistic cost is still very high and the parts of car are difficult to 'flow'. The paper suggests that based on logistic information management, the companies must learn about implement integrated car supply management, or outsourcing.
