摘要
介绍了民丰特纸公司造纸污废水再生回用水工程的工艺流程、运行效果、工艺特点及由此带来的经济效益与社会效益。运行实践证明,该工艺出水水质良好,能满足正常生产的需要,运行成本较低,经济效益明显。
The capacity of wastewater recycle system of Minfeng Special Paper Co. Ltd is 2×104m3/d. The wastewater treatment technology includes biological treatment, middle rating filters, basic clarification, further active carbon treatment and chlorination. The operating results show that the quality of the output water is rather ideal and, also able to meet the requirement of reclaimed wastewater. This facility works economically and the expected aim of water saving has been achieved with evidential benefits.
