辽宁省彰武地区人眼前节形态学测量

Anterior eye segment morphological measurement of northeast Chinese

目的 量化辽宁省彰武地区的人群眼前房深度(ACD)、前房角(CA)和前半晶状体厚度(AHL T)的变异。方法 对彰武地区2 90名晶状体透明、年龄分布在8～73岁的人进行初步的眼前节形态流行病学研究。在以光照诱发缩瞳的情况下,用Nidek EAS- 10 0 0拍照测量CA;在散瞳下,拍照测量ACD和AHL T。结果 随着年龄的增加,ACD变浅、AHL T变厚,而CA变窄。AHL T在男性与女性之间没有明显差异。女性的ACD比男性的浅,CA比男性的窄,在5 0岁组和6 0岁组中更为明显。结论 在北方国人中,ACD和CA随着年龄的增加而下降,而女性比男性下降更多,在5 0岁年龄组和6 0岁年龄组中更为明显。

Objeictive To quantify the variation of the anterior chamber depth (ACD), the chamber angle (CA) and the anterior half of lens thickness (AHLT) in population of Liaoning Province.Method 290 subjects age 8 to 73 years with transparent lens who participated in the preliminary epidemiological study at Zhangwu county, Liaoning province were enrolled. ACD and AHLT were measured from image taken by scheimpflug camera (Nidek EAS 1000) . Results ACD became shallower, AHLT thicker and CA narrower with aging. Although AHLT showed no difference between males and females, ACD was shallower and CA was narrower in females than in males especially in their 50s and 60s. Conclusion ACD and CA in Chinese decrease with age and are shallower and narrower in female than in male especially in their 50s and 60s.
