三联术治疗眼窝凹陷合并重度结膜囊狭窄

Combined triple-surgery for eye-socked depressionwith serious contraction of the conjunctival sac

目的 探讨对眼窝凹陷合并重度结膜囊狭窄患者减少手术次数,缩短疗程。方法 羟基磷灰石义眼台植入同期行中厚皮片游离移植结膜囊成形术联合睑缘粘连性缝合术。结果 全部病例移植的皮片均存活,无感染,无义眼台外露,结膜囊成形良好,义眼安放满意。结论 对眼窝凹陷合并重度结膜囊狭窄的患者可以在羟基磷灰石义眼台植入的同期行结膜囊成形术。

Objective To reduce the times of operation and shorten the course of treatment of sunken orbit with conjunctival sac contracture.Method Conjunctival sac blepharoplasty by skin transplanting and blepharorrhaphy were performed in the same period of HA orbital implantation.Result The skin flat of all the cases were all survived. There is no infection and no exposure of orbit implants, conjunctival plasty well and pseudo-ophthelmus implantation was satisfied.Conclusion Patients with serious eye-socket depression can be treated with conjunctival plasty and HA orbital implantation in the same period.
