摘要 随着计算机网络和通信技术的飞速发展,电力远动系统将面临重大的技术革新。该文分析了基于广域网的新型电力远动系统网络结构和智能电子设备(IED)直接上网的远动信息传输方式,以最新国际标准IEC61850为基础建立了IED的数据抽象模型和远动通信服务模型。同时,为解决远动系统的分布异构和快速传输问题,提出了将IED远动通信服务模型映射到实时CORBA--TAO技术的实时事件服务方法。通过实验室初步原型系统的开发和试验,验证了IED远动通信模型的正确性和IED直接上网传输远动信息方法的可行性。 With the rapid development of technologies on computer networks and communication, power telecontrol systems will face the significant technical innovation. The structure of the presented telecontrol system based on a wide area network (WAN) and the information transmission mode of intelligent electronic devices (IED) connected directly to WAN have been analyzed. Based on the newest international standard for substation automation, IEC 61850,data abstract models and a telecontrol communication service model of IED have been established for the new telecontrol system. To solve the problems of the heterogeneous distribution and transmission speed in the presented system, a method of mapping the IED’s telecontrol communication service model to TAO, a Real-time CORBA technology, has been proposed. The validity of the communication service model and the feasibility of the mode of telecontrol information transmission have been proven through developing a simple WAN-based prototype system for power system telecontrol and making tests on it.
