海捷亚与地高辛联合治疗慢性充血性心衰 被引量:1

Combination of Hyzaar and Digoxin in Treatment of Chronic Congestive Hdart Failure

摘要 目的:比较海捷亚、地高辛合用与单用地高辛对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者的疗效。方法:60 例CHF患者随机分配成两组,分别接受海捷亚、地高辛(简称海捷亚组)及地高辛(简称对照组)治疗12 周。评价分析药物对心功能、心率、心胸比率及左室射血分数(LVEF)的影响。结果:两组患者治疗1周后,心率减慢与治疗前相比有显著差异(P<0.01),海捷亚组治疗12周与治疗1周相比心率减慢仍有显著差异(P<0.01),而对照组则改善不明显(P>0.05),海捷亚组治疗12周后心胸比率缩小,LVEF提高较治疗前有非常显著差异(P<0.01),而对照组治疗12周后LVEF提高较治疗前无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:海捷亚、地高辛联用对CHF患者心率减慢、心胸比率缩小、提高LVEF的疗效较好。 Objective:To Compare the effects of HYZAAR plus Digoxin with that of Digoxin on cardiac function,heart rate,cardio-thoracic ratio and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in chronic congestive heart(CHF)patients.Methods:Sixty patients were allocated tandomly into two groups,one group received HYZAAR plus Digoxin,and the other group received Digoxin as control group,for 12 weeks.Results:The heart rate were lower significantly in both groups after treatment of one week(P<0.01),the cardio-thpracic ratio reduced,LVEF increased significantly(P<0.05)in HYZAAR group after 12 weeks treament,while no significant changes was found in control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:HYZAAR combined with Digoxin is more effective than Digoxin in treatment of heart rate reduction,cardio-thoracic ratio decrease,LVEF increase in CHF patiens.
