摘要
目的:探讨红细胞压积(Hct)与脑梗死(CI)患者的关系义。方法:选择经头颅CT和/或MR证实81 例脑梗死患者,63例健康者进行血液流变学检测与红细胞压积对比分析;81例脑梗死患者,根据神经功能缺实程度、疗效再分组行Hct对比分析。结果:Hct与脑梗死发生、发展、预后有着密切关系。结论:Hct在一定程度上对脑梗死患者预后有重要的临床意义。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the patients with cerebral infarction(CI)and hematocrit(Hct).Methods:Hemorheology of 81 patients CI diagnosed by cranial CT or MRI and 63 normals were compared analyses with their Hct;Hct of 81 patients with CI were divided into various groups and studied according to the function deficit degree and therapeutic effectiveness.Results:Hct was correlated with occurrence development and prognoses of the patients with CI.Conclusion:It is an important clinical significance to determine Hct in the patients with CI.
