从比较基因组学的发展理解医学生物学的重要性 被引量:2

The importance of medical biology from the view of comparative genomics

摘要 医学生物学是高等医学教育中的基础课程,然而该学科在各级医学院校中普遍重视不够.但在医学生物学基础上孕育而生的比较基因组学,却已成为生命科学的前沿学科.通过叙述比较基因组学的创立、进展及其与医学生物学的内在联系,让医学生了解和关注发展中的比较基因组学,从而对医学生物学的教学起到促进作用. As a basic medical sudject, the medical biolo gy is generally not paid enough attention to in medical schools and universities. However, on the basis of medical biology,comparative genomics has developing a f orward subject in life science. To promote the teaching quality of medical biolo gy, we introduced to students the foundation and advances of comparative genomic s and the internal relationship between these two subjects to arouse the student s' interests in medical biology.
