Now people's life has been greatly changed by extensive application of information technology,quality-oriented education should keep pace with the time. Science and technology have great influence over the education in ethnic minority regions and modern information technology is an effective way to improve quality-oriented education in those regions. So in those regions,great efforts should be made to develop information technology education to meet the needs of people in their autonomous learning process,and at the same time,to help them adopt a scientific learning attitude so as to promote quality-oriented education in an all-round way.
