摘要
通过某类连接器端子级进模的设计,介绍了连接器端子级进模的刃口排样设计、模具结构以及在生产中容易发生跳屑的原因及改善的措施。
Through the design of progressive die for the connector terminal, the stock layout design and die structure were stated. At last, the causes and the technologies of the waste material palpitate were analyzed.
