试论医学模式转变与医学教育改革

Transformation of Medical Pattern and Medical Education Reform

医学模式的转变对医学教育和医学教育改革提出了新的更高的要求,而目前我国医学教育现状不容乐观,医学教育思想观念落后,医学基础不够宽厚,教育方法简单呆板,培养模式僵化、生硬等弊端日渐显现,与新的医学模式的要求相去甚远.为了适应新的医学模式,就要深化医学教育改革.为此,要转变教育观念,拓宽专业口径,优化课程体系,改革教学方法,加强医学生人文素质教育和医学道德教育.

The transformation of medical pattern has set a higher demand for medical education and reform. However, the current situation of medical education in our country is not desirable, which is reflected in backward medical education ideology, weak medical foundation, monotonous teaching methods, and rigid mode of cultivation. All these cannot meet the requirements of the new medical pattern. Therefore, reform in medical education should be deepened to adapt to the new pattern. We should change teaching methods, broaden the caliber of specialties, optimize the curriculum system, improve teaching methods, and strengthen education of medical students' quality in humanities and medical morality.
