摘要
就目前医学教学过程中普遍存在的影响教育服务质量的因素进行了分析.学校作为教育产品的提供者,对教育服务的质量起着直接的决定性的作用.而接受这种服务的顾客群体的作用则有待加强.强化教育的产业意识、服务意识和质量意识,加强教育服务提供者和教育服务受益群体之间的协作,严格教育产品的质量管理,是提高医学教育服务质量的重要环节.
This paper analyzes the factors affecting the quality of educational service in medical teaching. As the provider of educational products, the university plays a deciding part in the quality of educational service. The role of clients who consume educational products should be enhanced. It is necessary to strengthen the industry, service and high-quality consciousness of education, promote the cooperation between the provider and clients, and strengthen quality management of educational service because they are the key factors in improving the quality of medical educational service.
