The age of knowledge economy is a period of fierce competition of high-technology. Excellent emotional intelligence is the important precondition and aspect of success. Emotional intelligence is the requisite quality that high school teachers should possess in the present times. The paper first elaborates the meaning of emotional intelligence, and then suggests countermeasures based on the analysis of the present situation of medical teachers' emotional intelligence in our country.
