临床教学质量管理的好与坏,直接关系到医学生临床实习质量的优劣.为此,根据临床教学的特性,研究和探讨临床实习阶段教学管理的特点和规律,提出"六性原则",完善和提高临床教学质量的管理与监控.
The management of clinical educational quality of medical trainee. In accordance with clinical teaching characteristics, in order to perfect and improve the management and inspect of clinical teaching quality the feature and law of clinical practice teaching management were studied and explored and after raising six-principles.
