摘要
比较了甲型流感病毒、脊髓灰质炎病毒(PV-1)、F2噬菌体、大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,对巴氏消毒、过氧乙酸、次氯酸钠、二氧化氯、乙醇、碘伏的抗力大小。结果,甲型流感病毒的抗力,明显低于脊髓灰质炎病毒与F2噬菌体的抗力。在相同的试验条件下,甲型流感病毒对消毒处理的抵抗力,与大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌接近。由此推论:可以选择大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,作为流感病毒消毒处理时的指示微生物,从而达到缩短实验室评价的时间之目的。
The resistance of influenza virus (H_3N_2) to disinfection was compared with poliovirus (PV-1), F_2 bacterio-phage, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus when they were exposed to 60℃ heat treatment, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, chlorine dioxide, alcohol, and iodophor. The results showed that the resistance of influenza virus was lower than that of poliovirus and bacteriophage. Under the same conditions, influenza virus had nearly the same resistance as Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. It is inferred from this, that Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus may be used as the indicator when the in vitro virucidal effect of disinfectant on influenza virus is evaluated.
