溴氯海因与二氧化氯对饮用水消毒效果试验观察 被引量:2

摘要 为了解二氧化氯及溴氯海因对水的消毒效果及其影响因素,进行了定量杀菌试验。结果,用含量为0.3mg/L二氧化氯消毒液作用10min,二氧化氯消毒粉溶液作用20min,有效氯(溴)含量为1mg/L的溴氯海因作用10min,均可使水中污染的大肠杆菌降为0cfu/100ml。含量为5mg/L的二氧化氯消毒液作用20min,二氧化氯消毒粉溶液作用10min,有效氯(溴)含量为3mg/L的溴氯海因作用20min,均可使天然水样中的大肠菌群降为0cfu/100ml。在试验范围内,三种消毒剂的杀菌效果均随温度的降低、pH值和有机物浓度的升高而降低。结论,两种二氧化氯制剂和溴氯海因对饮用水中大肠菌群均有良好的杀灭效果。 In order to know the efficacy of chlorine dioxide and bromochlorohydantoin in disinfection of water and its influencing factors, quantitative germicidal test was carried out. Results: The disinfectant solution containing 0.3 mg/L chlorine dioxide with a 10 min contact time, chlorine dioxide disinfection powder solution with a 20 min contact time and bromochlorohydantoin solution containing available chlorine (bromine) 1 mg/L with a 10 min contact time reduced Escherichia coli contaminating the water to 0 cfu/100ml. The disinfectant solution containing chlorine dioxide 5 mg/L with a 20 min contact time, chlorine dioxide disinfection powder solution with a 10 min contact time and bromochlorohydantoin solution containing available chlorine (bromine) 3 mg/L with a 20 min contact time could reduce coli-group in natural water sample to 0 cfu/100ml. Within the range of the test, the germicidal efficacy of the three disinfectants decreased with decreasing temperature and increasing pH value and organic substance concentration. Conclusion: The 2 chlorine dioxide preparations and bromochlorohydantoin have good efficacy in killing coli-group in drinking water.
