复方季铵盐消毒剂部分性能试验观察 被引量:8

摘要 用载体定量法对复方季铵盐消毒剂进行了杀灭微生物试验,并作了稳定性与腐蚀性试验。结果,含季铵盐5280mg/L的复方消毒剂水溶液对布片上金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌作用3min、对白色念珠菌作用5min,杀灭率均达100%。含5000mg/L的该消毒剂,作用20min,可将HBsAg抗原性完全破坏。该消毒剂原液对不锈钢、碳钢无腐蚀,对铜基本无腐蚀,对铝有轻度腐蚀。于37℃存放3个月,该消毒剂有效成分平均下降1.69%。结论,复方季铵盐消毒剂对微生物杀灭效果较好、稳定性较好、腐蚀性低。 Carrier quantitative method was used to perform germicidal test, stability test and corrosion test for compound disinfectant of quaternary ammonium salt. Results: The killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the water solution of the compound disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt 5280 mg/L for 3 min and Candida albicans exposed for 5 min attained 100%. The disinfectant containing quaternary ammonium salt 5000 mg/L with a 20 min contact time could destroy completely HBsAg antigenicity. The stock solution of this disinfectant was not corrosive to stainless steel and carbon steel, practically not corrosive to copper and slightly corrosive to aluminum. The active principle of the disinfectant decreased by 1.69% in average after storing at 37℃ for 3 months. Conclusion: The compound disinfectant of quaternary ammonium salt has good germicidal efficacy, good stability and low corrosiveness.
