摘要
为了解一种以盐酸活化的二氧化氯消毒剂对水的消毒效果和毒性,用微孔滤膜抽滤法和动物试验在实验室进行了有关试验。结果,当水中二氧化氯含量为10mg/L,该消毒剂对人工染菌水样和天然水样中大肠杆菌分别作用3min和1min,对现场水样中大肠杆菌作用5min,均可使大肠菌群下降至0cfu/100ml。该二氧化氯消毒剂对小鼠经口LD50>5000mg/kg,属实际无毒,弱蓄积毒性。
In order to know the efficacy of a hydrochloric acid-activated chlorine dioxide disinfectant in disinfecting water and its toxicity, millipore membrane filter method and animal test were used to carry out related tests in laboratory. Results: When the chlorine dioxide content in water was 10 mg/L, the disinfectant with a 3 min, 1 min and 5 min contact time could reduce coli-group to 0 cfu/100ml in artificially contaminated water sample, natural water sample and on-the-spot water sample containing Escherichia coli respectively. The mouse oral LD_ 50 of the chlorine dioxide disinfectant was >5000 mg/kg, so it is practically non-toxic and has weak cumulative toxicity.
