摘要
针对汽车悬架用液压减振器的热-机耦合特性进行了试验研究。在正弦、随机两种位移加载方式下,同时对减振器的阻尼力和发热情况进行了测试,考察了加载方式、工作温度对减振器热-机耦合特性的影响,并在此基础上提出了合理的液压减振器的阻尼特性和热动力学特性的评价方法。
Experimental study on the thermal-mechanical characteristic of automotive suspension dampers is carried out.Under both sinusoidal and cosinoidal displacement loading methodsdamping forces and heat are measuredand effects of loading methodworking temperature on the thermal-mechanical coupling characteristic are investigated.On the basis of itthe rational evaluation methods of damping characteristic and thermal dynamic characteristic of hydraulic dampers are presented.
