摘要
质量概念和质量管理理论随着质量环境的变迁,始终处在演化过程之中。质量概念已由具体的、孤立的、客观的和解析式的概念逐渐发展成为抽象的、系统的、主观的和综合式的概念;质量系统已经演化成为立体网络型复杂系统;现代质量管理不仅作为组织内部的一种管理职能,而且已经上升到经营战略层次。
The concept of quality and quality management theory is always in evolutionary process along with transition of environment. Quality goes through evolvement from idiographic, isolated, objective and analyzed idea to abstract, systemic, subjective and synthetically concept. The modern quality system has changed into a kind of complexity network system. Modern quality management is not only as a kind of management function inside of enterprises, but also ascends up to strategic aspect.
