摘要
应用90只SD大鼠研究丹参对大鼠乙醇性急性胃粘膜损伤、胃壁结合粘液含量、胃排空运动的影响,以及消炎痛、外源性PGE_1与这一影响的关系,初步探讨了丹参胃粘膜保护作用的机理。结果表明:丹参水溶液能减轻大鼠乙醇性急性胃粘膜损伤,促进胃壁结合粘液分泌,消炎痛可部分削弱这二个作用,给予外源性PGE_1可反转消炎痛的抑制作用。提示丹参的保护作用及其促进胃壁结合粘液分泌增加,可能部分是由其刺激内源性前列腺素合成和释放增加所介导。应用琥珀色树脂球定量测定胃对固体颗粒的排空运动,结果显示丹参有抑制胃运动作用,后者可能是减轻胃粘膜损伤的一种因素。
The protective effect of radix salviae miltiorrhize ( RSM) on gastric mu-cosa and its mechanism were studied by observing the effects of RSM on the ethanol-induced gastric mucosal lesions,gastric mucus, gastric emptying in rats,and its relation toindomethacin and exogenous PGE_1. The results indicated that RSM could protect gastricmucosa from absolute ethanol-indnced damage and increase gastric mucus secretion in rats.Pretreatment with indomethacin could partly abolish this effect, and intragastric abminis-tration of exogenous PGE_1 analogue could restore this effects.It was suggested theseeffects were mediated partly by the increased endogenous PGs stimulated by RSM.Amber-lit pellets were given intragastrically to quantify gastric emptying of solid s a nd the re-sults showed that RSM inhibited gastric emptying and reduced gastric mucosal folds so asto protect the gastric mucosa against ethanol-induced damage.
