摘要 目的:探讨cyclin G1在不同程度宫颈病变发生、发展中的作用。方法:用免疫组化二步法检测cyclin G1在正常/宫颈炎组织(20例次)、宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)1~3级(80例次)和浸润癌组织(20例次)中的表达。结果:cyclin G1在正常/炎症组中几乎没有表达,在CIN1、CIN2、CIN3(包括原位癌)和浸润癌各组中强阳性表达率分别为26.92%、57.69%、67.86%和75.00%,各组间均存在显著性差异(均P<0.05)。在各级病变中cyclin G1着色区域与病变区域基本相符合。结论:随着宫颈病变的加重,cyclin G1的表达强度逐渐增加。cyclin G1的过度表达提示细胞的增殖能力,与宫颈病变的发展正相关,可指导治疗和判断预后。 Objective:To investigate the role of cyclin G1 in the development of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and cervical carcinoma.Methods:We detected the expression of cyclin G1 in normal cervical epithelium/cervicitis(control group,20 cases),CIN(CIN1 26 cases,CIN2 26 cases,CIN3 28 cases) and invasive cervical squamous-cell carcinoma(SCC,20 cases)with immunohistochemical method.Results:There were no expression of cyclin G1 in the control group.The intense positive rate of CIN1,CIN2,CIN3(including carcinoma in situ)and invasive cervical cancer were 26.92%,57.69%,67.86% and 75.00% respectively.The positive area of cyclin G1 accorded with the pathologic area in most cases.All of these data had significant statistical difference.Conclusion:The positive rate and intensity of its expression is increasing gradually in CIN and SCC group.The over-expression of cyclin G1 may suggest the ability of proliferation.It is involved in pathogenesis and development of CIN and SCC.According to these,it may be helpful for therapy and prognosis of cervical disease.
