摘要
介绍基于可编程序控制器的二自由度PID控制算法的工作原理及特点并以聚合反应为例详细阐述了该算法的应用方法。实践结果表明, 二自由度PI D控制算法可以较好地实现间歇反应的自动控制, 并为过程控制提供了一种行之有效的方法。
The working principles and characteristics of P ID control algorithm with two degrees of freedom (2-PID) based on PLC are put fo rward. Furthermore, the application method to 2-PID used to control polymeric re action is expatiated. Finally practice shows that intermission reaction can be controlled well by 2-PID, so a effective method to process control is provided.
