摘要
根据热轧工作辊的热力学方程及边界条件,采用有限差分法,建立了工作辊温度场的数学模型、模拟板带热轧工作辊的温度场,并进行了实验验证。在此基础上对高刚度宽板轧机工作辊的热行为进行了分析,为研究工作辊的热变形提供了依据。
Based on the heat transfer equation and the boundary conditions of work roller, it was using the difference method to calculate its temperature in order to build the mathematic model of temperature field of the work roller, and the temperature distribution was simulated, the experimental verification shows its reliability. Moreover, the thermal behavior of work roller of high stiff wide plate mill was analyzed, the study provide the foundation for researching the thermal deformation of the work roller.
