把平面变形的特莱斯加屈服条件应用于辊式弯曲方矩管的成型研究,通过解析弯曲部位的应力分布规律,说明应力中性层内移位置,可为确定带钢的展开宽度和弯曲变形程度提供工艺依据。
Applying the Tresca yield criteria of planar deformation to the research on the roll-bending formation of the square tube, the law of stress distribution of the bent area is analyzed, resulting in the determination of the inward shifting position of the stress neutral layer and thus providing technological basis for determining the spreading width and bending deformation level of the strip.
