摘要
本文观察了黑色素细胞刺激素(α-melanocyte-stimulatinghormone,α-MSH)对体外培育的兔全血细胞产生内生致热原(endogenouspyrogen,EP)的影响。结果显示,Ⅲ组(“α-MSH+ET+全血培养物”上清)的致热性明显低于Ⅱ组(“ET+全血细胞培养物”上清)(0.01<P<0.05);而α-MSH单独与血细胞培养无降温物质产生;同时,相同剂量的α-MSH对EP性发热无直接抑制作用。由此作者推论,α-MSH能抑制ET诱生EP的产生,而这一作用可能是其抑制ET性发热的主要机制之一。
The experiment was carried out to study the effect of α-MSH on the pro-duction of EP in cultured blood cells.It was found that group Ⅲ(α-MSH culturedwith ET+blood cells)resulted in a marked attenuation of fever magnitude compared withthat of the group Ⅱ(ET cultured with blood cells)(0.01<P<0.05),But the same dosageof α-MSH had no effect on EP-induced fever and not any cryogen could be found whileonly α-MSH was cultured with blood cells.These results indicated that the inhibitoryeffect of α-MSH on the production of EP might be one of the mechanisms of loweringET-induced fever.
