盐酸纳洛酮对重症脑梗死患者意识及心率变异的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察盐酸纳洛酮对重症脑梗死病人意识及心率变异的影响。方法:38例重症脑梗死病人随机分为两组。治疗组应用盐酸纳洛酮3.2mg加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d连用14d。对照组应用胞二磷胆碱1g加入生理盐水250ml静脉滴注1次/d,连用14d。分别观察治疗前后的意识状态和神经功能缺损评分。两组病人于第1d和14d作动态心电图查心率变异指标。结果:盐酸纳洛酮组意识障碍的恢复和神经功能缺损评分的下降明显优于对照组(P<0.01),心率变异指标的改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。姑论:盐酸纳洛酮治疗重症脑梗死对病人的促醒,神经功能恢复及心率变异的改善有积极意义。
