摘要
采用扫描和透射电镜对低、中和高海拔实验性动脉粥样硬化家兔主动脉壁超微结构的观察结果发现,海拔愈高、动脉粥样硬化发生率愈低,病变程度愈轻。提示海拔高度是影响动脉粥样硬化形成的一个重要因素。本研究对其与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的关系进行了讨论。
Ultrastructure of aortae in rabbits at different altitudes (20m,2261 m and 3800 m) were studied by scanning and transmission electron microscopes which showed that the incidence of atherosclerosis was lower and the degree of lesion was slighter with increasing altitudes.These results suggested that altitudes was one of the important factors affecting the atherosclerosis.The mechanism was discussed.
