Ⅱ型糖尿病患者红细胞膜MDA与膜钠泵K^+—pNPPase活性的关系 被引量:4

摘要 本文测定55例NIDDM患者血浆及红细胞膜MDA水平和钠泵K+-pNPPase活性。结果显示,NIDDM患者血浆和红细胞膜MDA水平明显高于正常对照组,钠泵K+-pNPPase活性明显低于对照,在伴有视网膜病变者上述改变更为显著,红细胞膜MDA升高和钠泵K+-pNPPase活性降低呈明显负相关。提示红细胞膜MDA升高可能是导致K+-pNPPase活性降低的一重要因素。 The malondialdehyde(MDA) levels in plsama and erythrocyte membrane,activity of erythrocyte membrane Na ̄-pumping K ̄+-activated paranitrophenylphosphatase (pNPPase) were studied in 55 adult with non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM).The plasma and erythrocyte MDA levels were increased very much in comparison with the healthy subject,while erythrocyte membrane Na ̄+-pumping K ̄+-activated pNPPase activity were decrcased.The changes of lipid peroxide and enzyme activity were more severe in NIDDM with retinopathy than those without.The rises of MDA and the descend of Na ̄+pumping K ̄+-activated pNPPase were closely negative related in NIDDM subjeet.This indicated that the rises of erythrocyte membrane MDA may be the main reason for decreased Na ̄+pumping K ̄+-activated pNPPase activity in NIDDM.
