摘要
7,12DMBA诱发的615系小鼠白血病可分为三种病理类型:胸腺瘤型、肝脾型及混合型。三种白血病细胞多为Lyt2、L3T4、抗原双表达,但前者的抗原密度高。移植生物学试验表明,白血病脾或骨髓细胞比胸腺瘤细胞更易发生侵袭和播散。本研究结果提示:DMBA作用的靶细胞可能是前胸腺细胞;小鼠去脾后,DMBA还可作用于粒细胞。
The leukemias induced by 7,12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene(DMBA) in 615 inbred strain mice were classified pathologically into 3 types:thymomic type,hepatosplenic type and mixed type.The tumor cells from the three leukemias types predominantly expressed both Lyt_2 and L_3T_4 antigens,but the antigen density of the former was higher.Transplantation bioassay showed that leukemic spleen or bone marrow cells had greater capability of invasion and dispersion than thymomic cells.In addition,in splenectomized mice appeared one granulocyte leukemia.The present results suggested that prothymocytes should be considered as possible target cells of leukemogenic effect of DMBA,and also myelocytes were affected by DMBA in splenectomized mice.
