摘要
近年来,图像处理技术在纺织领域的应用逐渐增多,研究的重点主要集中在织物表面特性的分析、组织结构的自动分析、成品及半成品性能检测等多个方面,一些研究成果正在逐步走向工业应用,为纺织测试分析的自动化提供了有力工具。但是由于纺织品结构的复杂性和生产中多种因素引起的不确定性,使一些研究很难形成通用性成果。随着研究的深入,用于纺织领域的图像处理方法也在不断发展,图像处理的应用成果正在逐渐彰显,相信不久的将来,必定会为纺织业的发展做出更大的贡献。
Recently,the application of digital image processing technology in textile area is gradually increased.The main researches focus on analyzing the properties of fabric appearance,automatic recognizing the weave pattern and structure of fabric,on testing the quality of finished and semi finished articles.Some research fruits are tending towards application in industry,which supply a effective tools for the automatization of test and analysis in textile.However,it is difficult to develop a universal product because of the complexity of fabric structure and the uncertainty caused by various factors in production.With going deep into research,the image processing methods used in textile industry are extending and their achievement is gradually visualized.It is believed that the image processing technology will contribute to the development of textile industry in no longer future.
