阿司匹林哮喘10例临床分析

Clinical analysis on 10 cases of aspirin induced asthma

目的:探讨阿司匹林哮喘(aspirininducedasthma,AIA)的临床特点、诊断、治疗及预防。方法:采用前瞻性分析的方法,对AIA的发病机制、临床特点、诊治等方面结合文献进行分析。结果:10例AIA患者,80%(8/10)为中、重症患者,用氨茶碱不能控制症状,100%合并鼻部病变,尤其90%(9/10)合并鼻息肉。结论:阿司匹林哮喘一般为重症,单纯使用平喘药不能取得好的疗效,早期诊断、合理用药、积极预防有助于其预后。

Objective: To study the characteristics, diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and preventive measurements of aspirin induced asthma. Methods: The mechanism and clinical features as well as diagonosis and treatment of aspirin induced asthma were pland and analyzed in conjunction with cases of this disease reported in literatures. Results: In a total of 10 cases, 80% were moderate to serious cases and using theophylline can not well controlled their symptoms,100% combined with nasal disease,especially nasal polyps were 90%. Conclusion: Aspirin induced asthma usually is a serious disease.Only taking inhibition medicine can not get good effect. Early diagnosis, rational medication, and active precaution may get a satisfactory prognosis.
