体外循环下心脏瓣膜置换/修补术病人罗库溴铵血药浓度的测定 被引量:2

摘要 罗库溴铵是一种新型中效甾类非去极化肌松药,具有起效快、恢复迅速、无明显心血管副反应和蓄积作用等特点[1,2].在罗库溴铵的药代动力学研究中,常需测定罗库溴铵的血药浓度,以指导临床用药,因此建立灵敏、精确、简单、快捷的测定罗库溴铵血药浓度方法具有十分重要的意义.本试验拟采用反相高效液相色谱(HPLC)-荧光法测定体外循环(CPB)下心脏瓣膜置换/修补术病人罗库溴铵的血药浓度.
