ECONOMIC BENEFIT EVALUATION OF PIPELINE INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT MODE

文章在对管道完整性管理模式评介基础上,建立了管道完整性管理模式经济效益评价的模型、参数及经济效益衡量指标,并以陕京输气管道近3年在国内首例实行完整性管理模式为例,对其经济效益进行了测算,指出实行完整性管理模式不仅当期对管道公司有经济效益,其远期经济效益主要来源于此,该管理模式具有安全生产和经济效益目标高度统一的特征。

Based on the evaluation of pipeline integrity management mode, the model, parameters and indexes of economic benefit evaluation are established for pipeline integrity management mode. Taking the first integrity management mode performed in Shaan - Jing pipeline for almost 3 years at home as example, the economic benefit is estimated. It is pointed out the integrity management mode brings not only the current economic benefit but also the long-term economic benefit for the pipeline company. The management mode has the feature of combining the safety operation with the economic benefit completely together.
