摘要
研究基于电容的通信电缆断点位置测试原理及测试装置实现,提出电缆布线策略以及通过标定数据和插值法计算断点位置的方法。测试装置采用555定时器测量断线的电容的充电时间,采用双MCU的电路结构代替使用健盘通用接口模块8279,达到降低成本和扩充输入输出口线的目的。实验结果和试产表明装置稳定可靠。
Analyse the principle of capacity based distance measuring for locating breakpoint in communication cable and develop the instrument for distance measuring. Put forward a strategy of communication cable routing and a method of using calibration and interpolation to calculate the position of breakpoint. In the instrument, timer 555 is used to determine the charge time of capacity parasitizing in broken cable,and dual MCU is used to replace the using of universal keyboard interface element 8279 to reduce cost and to expand input and output port. Experiments indicate that the instrument is reliable.
